The weekend of Feb. 23 & 24 will be dedicated to the transmission and teachings of four important Sutras which are called for again and again in mirror divinations to address a variety of life challenges. Rinpoche is placing special importance on the transmission of these essential Sutras in the west so that we may be able to recite these on our own, without being so dependent on monasteries in Asia to do them for us.

Friday Feb. 22, 6:00 - 9:00pm: 'Clarifying Butter'

Teaching on the Dzogchen text called 'Clarifying Butter' (Dam-Ngak Mar-Gyi Yang-Shun), a teaching that Padmasambhava gave to Yeshe Tsogyal as he was departing Tibet.

Saturday Feb. 23, 9:00 - noon: Tashi Tsigpa prayer

Rinpoche will give transmission and teachings on the Tashi Tsigpa - a prayer written by Mip'ham based on the Mangalam Sutra which invokes the blessings of the 'Eight Noble Auspicious Ones.'

Saturday Feb. 23, 2:00 - 5:00pm: Longevity Sutra

Rijpoche will give transmission and teachings on the Tse-Do Tse-Sung (Longevity Sutra) which recites the 108 names of Buddha Amitayus for increasing and strengthening one's longevity.

Sunday Feb. 24, 9:00 - noon: Chokchu Munsel Sutra

Rinpoche will give transmission and teachings on the Chokchu Munsel Sutra; 'Clarifying the Darkness of the Ten Directions' which is recited to remove obstacles to the path.

Sunday Feb. 24, 2:00 - 5:00pm: Gyaltsen Tsemo Sutra

Rinpoche will give transmission and teachings on the Gyaltsen Tsemo, or 'Victory Banner Sutra' which is recited to gain success and victory over any conflict.

Monday Feb. 25, 6:00 - 9:00pm: The Tantric path of the Dudjom tersar

Rinpoche will talk about the tantric path with particular emphasis on the Dudjom New Treasure lineage.
